Fitnessbizology provides business consulting, marketing strategies, and management solutions exclusively for gym and wellness center owners in Romania. Services include operational audit, visual identity redesign, implementation of digital loyalty programs, corporate partnership development, and integration of specialized ERP systems.

Any activity carried out under these terms is limited to the fitness and wellness field, without including medical, financial, legal, or investment services.

Fitnessbizology undertakes to provide services according to the specifications agreed upon in the individual contract, with professional diligence and respecting the confidentiality of the client's data.

The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information about their activity, to make available the necessary documents, and to comply with the established payment deadlines.

The client does not have the right to assign or sublicense the received services without the written consent of Fitnessbizology.

Fitnessbizology is not liable for indirect financial losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruptions that exceed the total value of services provided in the last 12 months.

Liability is excluded in cases of force majeure, actions of third parties, unforeseen legislative changes, or improper use of the recommendations provided.

Fitnessbizology does not guarantee specific financial results, such as an increase in the number of subscribers or revenue, as these depend on external factors and the client's execution.

All information shared by the client during the collaboration is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

The individual contract establishes the duration of services, which may be for a fixed or indefinite term, with the possibility of early termination according to the contractual clauses.

Fitnessbizology may suspend or terminate the provision of services in case of non-payment, serious breach of contractual obligations, or abusive behavior on the part of the client.

Upon termination of the contract, the parties mutually return confidential documents and materials, except those necessary for legal archiving.

Fitnessbizology reserves the right to modify these terms of use, with prior notification of active clients by email or by posting on the website at least 30 days before they come into effect.

Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
